Our team
We provide mental health support to pre-school and school age children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families. We apply diverse expertise and specialized training in several evidence based practices to tailor each individual's treatment to their strengths, needs, and goals. Our collective clinical specialties include anxiety and depression, trauma, adjustment, grief and loss, interpersonal relationships, social skills training, disruptive behavior, parenting, ADHD, neurodivergence, sports performance, OCD, and pediatric neuro-autoimmune disorders (pans/pandas). With our guidance, clients learn to successfully reframe unhelpful beliefs, regulate their emotions and behavior, increase cognitive flexibility, and develop a growth mindset. We help individuals improve a range of coping and social skills to create lasting change toward wellness. In our work with children, we are particularly adept at thoughtfully blending cognitive behavioral therapies with engaging play therapies. This approach helps children express themselves naturally while learning practical skills to manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a supportive way. We are dedicated to collaborating with parents and caretakers, empowering them to reinforce progress outside the therapy room and foster a supportive environment for the entire family.
